To delay the delivery of all messages (by up to 2 hours) by creating a rule: – Under Delivery options, clear the Do not deliver before check box, click Close, and click Send. – Select the More options arrow from the Tags group in the Ribbon. – Click on Outbox and open the delayed message.
If you change your mind and decide to send the email immediately: The message will remain in the Outbox folder until the delivery time you specified.
