Beyond that, there's a comprehensive online community built into the game. Singing is fun in SingStar the words pop up at the bottom of the screen and empty pitch and timing bars appear above them for you to fill in with your voice that appears on the screen as a color. That's a damn shame because there's a ton of cool stuff going on with SingStar on the PS3. 1 karaoke videogame in the country, but the franchise has gambled away all of the momentum it had when the first PlayStation 3 SingStar came out and seems destined to never surpass the mediocre success the franchise saw on the PlayStation 2 in America.Īnother One Bites the Dust. The problem was that SingStar ABBA was the complete antithesis of what SingStar should be doing.
